This is a CHEF! Period. I always taste the love in every bite of their food! So far I have tried the seafood pasta, honey jalapeno chicken, boudin rice, green beans, honey glazed salmon, mashed potato, nachos, and so much more! But what really impressed me was the catering she did for my friend. It was such a lovely event! I love Saucy Balti's for life

The Fried Crab Stuffed Honey Garlic Salmon and Shrimp Pasta was nothing short of amazing. Everything was seasoned just right and the pasta was so tender. The Alfredo was creamy and beyond delicious. If you’re ever in Houston, I’d definitely recommend placing an order.

The food is always a hit! You can tell she takes her time with each cuisine and every order. The customer service is top tier, just getting a chance to meet the owner first hand when getting your order is amazing. You don’t get that everywhere. Everything about this company is immaculate if i could give 10 stars i would.
